It's shown on the bottom of the page. It's a compulation of ideas, email chats & interactions over the last 10 years, and an annotated version of the panicend.com website. I also address the most common question I get: marijuana, panic and unreality.

I am not advertising this book on the main website because I think the site benefits from NOT being a "pay for the cure" type site.

I had fun writing the book but it really is a lengthy process for sure!

It is on Amazon books and Kindle.

Hi Jeff,

What would you say to this.... You don't exactly recover but it's always there in the sub conscious but it's not reality, my doc said to me we all a tape player in our mind, it plays continuously, you can't stop it but you can dial it down.

Would you say this is right?

Kind regards

Isaak,

Correct me if i am wrong Jeff or anybody else, but you can't recover from anxiety/panic, nobody can. It is a lifesaver, your personal protection against dangerous situations... and being overtensed (or sensitized) is an exaggerated form of your personal protection system in work which causes lots of strange sensations and experiences and we do not want it. Indeed anxiety leaves some mental scars and unpleasant memories, but they fade over time if you accept them. Therefore I partially agree with your doctor about a tape being replayed, but I also think you can rewrite this tape,

I think the idea that you never forget where you had a panic attack is true. I still am reminded of places where I had a panic attack. But does that memory affect me? Not in the least bit. So then I disagree that it is a tape message constantly running no more than the fear of the bully in grade school when you stood up to him or her. You may remember the event but it does not scare you because you resolved it. The same with any threat you feel that you have resolved... it's only a memory, not a re-occurring event.

Thank you for your reply Jeff. With out your web site I would still be in limbo land. I have done what you say and seen a big improvement in my life in just one week. Remembering my panic attacks were EVERY DAY. What sort of time scale dose it take to go for good ?

Your as star Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The exact time of the end of your panic attacks? Gee... you will know it when it happens. That's all I can say.

I have just brought your book on kindle and I am reading it now. Think it's the least I can do for the information you have provided to us all.

Thank you

Hi Jeff I am 24% through the book so far. for some reason the rest won't load on kindle. Think the book is well written and makes a lot of sense and I would recommend it to anyone. As a published author myself I know how difficult it must have been. Well done and thank you.

To anyone that reads this trust me the book is worth buying. I like the way everything is described in laymen term it's easy to understand. I can honestly say for the prices of a kindle download that I wasn't forced to buy and your free website my life has dramatically changed in the last week. Thank you Jeff.

Thank you Isaak.

Appreciate the nice comments. Sorry about the download. Maybe contact Amazon Kindle with the problem.

56% into the book now and it's good. It was my iPad not the download. I have been out today talking to a customer woo not a single panicking sensation I was shocked considering agoraphobia has played a big part in this.... What a good week I have had the best in the last six mths. I excepted this may take a few weeks or even a couple of months to totally disappear but I believe it will go now.

Thanks a million Jeff.
