I read through this site and I find it the most helpful thing I have read. I've dealt with almost everything on here.
I've had emetophobia (fear of vomiting) for as long as i can remember.
I also fainted about a month and a half ago and now am experiencing severe anxiety and panic attacks about it happening again...mostly while driving! Driving has become something I fear now. :/
I have been having panic attacks at work (hairstylist) and driving mostly.
And i have dealt with less severe anxiety about things like not being able to swallow my food, etc. Which was mentioned on this site as well!

But now I know I am NOT going crazy. And that I hopefully can kick this thing to the curb!
I am in a strange way looking forward to letting the panic consume me so it can "turn off". The only thing I'm worried about is letting it consume me while Im most panicked...while driving!

But again, I'm so thankful I found this site and I really do feel hopeful [smile]

Thanks! [smile] I tried the technique this morning while driving to work. I immediately got panicky as soon as getting in my car but stayed calm and accepted every feeling I felt. It made the drive less scary. I know it'll take a lot of practice and patience but I'm determined!
