Wow.

I am pretty sure if I were ever famous, I would tell people about my anxiety. I mean why not? It is nothing to be embarrassed about, and if anyone made fun of me, they would be the ones worthy of ridicule.

Joy Mohr - famous comedian - wrote a book about his panic disorder - Gasping for Air - Ive actually emailed with him several times and he is always kind to me......He chose the medication route and seems to be in check now for many years.

I knew that about Munn and Mohr. Lots of celebs deal with it. Emma Stone as well.

I'm a big baseball fan. Zack Greinke of the Dodgers has social anxiety disorder and went very public about it. He openly revealed that it was so bad at one point (he didn't know what it was - just having PAs) he was going to quit baseball. He openly states that antidepressants saved his career. He is now one of the top two or three pitchers in all of baseball. Same with Joey Votto of the Reds - crippling PAs, was going to quit, and then got counseling, therapy, etc and went on to become a perennial all-star.
