I have been working through a set back recently and have been having quite the build up of symptoms.  I've been listening to Dr. Weekes books like they are going out of style.  She states that the instant I relax my hold on myself, my body starts to heal.  So, I've been doing just that very often throughout my day.  I loosen my body and tell myself, just be comfortable with being uncomfortable and imagine the healing taking place.  I did that a lot yesterday as my anxiety was high most of the day.  Plus, I did a light workout.  But, yesterday evening I did not go to sleep until around 4 and woke up at 6:30.  Every time my body would relax to sleep, I would get a jolt of adrenaline that would make me physically jump and then be awake.  Could I just be repressing all this during the day and it coming out when I try to sleep?

I don't think that's the case. Have you tried sleep hygiene? I'll wake up ocassionally with a panic attack in the middle of the night and they last about less than ten seconds because I don't care about any of the symptoms and I'll fall back asleep within twenty seconds.
