Hi everyone,

I have recently made a decision to confess a certain wrong I comitted a while back. I think it's the right thing to do in this case, but I'm not being certain is causing high anxiety and even panic. Do the same principles for anxiety apply when they're over real life/event situations, with potential consequences?

In the all in all - it's doubt and indecision that maintains worrying and when worrying is overwhelming it becomes anxiety. When fear of the fear itself manifests itself as panic then we take notice! Are you in doubt? Can you resolve what worries you?
