I've acquired some vitamins D3, magnesium, zinc, etc. Has anyone found a particular effective way to take them? Any basic amounts other than what is recommended on the bottle for the needs of those on this path? 
Magnesium can make you sleepy. Glycinate magnesium its one of the best ways to take magnesium. Take it 2 or 3 hours before sleeping. 
I take zinc usually 1 or 2 hours before magnesium. 
Vitamin D3 I take it right after waking up.

The doses should be dictated depending of how much deficiency you can have. With a blood test you should see this for example I take Vitamin D3 1500 UI everyday.

Also, note that this supplements can help you take the edge off for some strong symptoms (and depression after panic disorder). but this isn't the fix for your panic and anxiety. this is taking care of yourself while you dominate how to treat anxiety and panic.
